Good day, I would like to commend the excellent work of broker Lukáš Šuniar. The apartment was sold in Senovážná Street in Ostrava for an incredible price. I originally wanted to start selling the apartment myself, but after a short phone call I decided to put all my trust in Mr. Šuniar in cooperation with the real estate agency Kaktus. It was the best decision I made. The sale of the apartment, including preparations, finding a buyer, photography and purchase contracts, lasted less than a month. I really appreciate his professional conduct and friendly approach. Thank you very much again. I definitely recommend the Kaktus real estate agency and especially Mr. Šuniar!
