I visited the showroom last summer when I needed to check out my older Renault. Phone and personal contact was excellent. Mr. Lasak and the mechanics helped me, advised me and soothed my worries. Since then, I have driven almost 6,000 km with the car - without any defects. I add that their help did not cost me a penny, yet they always treated me friendly and with furnaces. So at least five stars from me, thanks again and I wish you many satisfied customers! (:

I bought a new duster here 2. immediately that at the beginning of the problem of freezing the on-board computer, it was not possible to upload the software to Hlučín right away. Then he reported an empty tank never to refuel here full. Play the software again. Now check the emission system repair start stop. Long waits do not have electricians to drive a car. I went to Hlučín for a diagnostic recording of high voltage. Software repair. On the very same day, the message again checks the emission system. I'm calling Hlučín, a diagnosis has to be made, it's annoying. In Opava, he said that I could ride, said that nothing was happening in Hlučín, not that they would not be responsible for another problem. Waiting 10 days for car service will stop again. Probably the only way to withdraw from the contract and return the money. I drove 50,000 km from the car and still did something. Just bad luck when I bought the car so only white otherwise you will wait a long time. In 14 days, several other colors had been outside for quite some time. It is said that the lady said she wanted him, so we have a car for you now.
