This place has all the essentials: free weights, machines, cardio, and CrossFit areas. I’m not sure how old this place is but it looks new and perhaps tries to put in too much equipment in too tight an area. Machines are mid-grade and the benches in the free weight area need to be repaired or replaced (imho they’re sub-standard). Lastly, they’re closed for two hours in the middle of the day makIng it difficult for those that workout during lunch to get a lift in.

Very modern gym. I appreciate the way they improve the equipment. I come occasionally, but there ia always something new. It is not overfilled and seems cosy to me. You can train inside as well as outside. Strenght training, powerlifting, cardio zone, mirror hall- everyone finds something.
