I really liked the coffee and the food was great. Since I've been here twice, I have to say that one of the waitresses is even nicer than the others, and to this day I will be grateful for the lots of honey she brought me with a smile with great linden tea. The interior is very spacious, which is suitable not only at a time when you just do not want to squeeze with strangers. And there is pleasant music. I recommend.

In short, badly made coffee, terrible service. The espresso macchiato was cold, no coffee enjoyment. For operation. The cake is ordered at the bar. According to the sign in front of the cake, I ordered a white chocolate cake, but something else was brought to me. We clarified this with the staff, the result was that they had bad labels, and I canceled the order for the cake. But then I was brought the second cake, an apple cake. Explaining that I just ordered it and I have to take it. No, I ordered a low cake with white chocolate, nothing else. They have badly placed placards and so that the customer pays for their mistake. Really repulsive approach of the operator, their mistake, I pointed it out politely after finding out, but they will not meet. And yes, it was Café Páv, not a side training café.

So this was a big mistake. Who would have thought that in such a beautiful castle you would be rejected almost immediately when sitting on a chair. You come for lunch, the lady will tell you that she doesn't even know if what is on the menu will be cooked, or if the chef will arrive at all. She read the offer of drinks herself in the menu. When we asked her to find out what was being cooked, she preferred not to come and we went to pay for a drink inside. Too bad, the environment is beautiful, but it makes the company only in part.

Terrible service. When ordering a drink at 10:56 we were warned that the kitchen is only from 11:00. When we got a drink after 11:00, the young lady was not able to offer us any food. Then she passed us several times, but the offer did not come. At 11:20 we paid for a drink and went to eat elsewhere. It would be better to train the staff as the business did. I think that such an approach will discourage a lot of other people.
