I have my first experience in service and immediately excellent. Mr. Lukáš Kabourek is an absolute class. It has a quality that many people lack today, and that is empathy. He helped and resolved the situation in a flash. I was one of the "chosen ones" who received the iPhone 12 Pro in the first wave with different heights of the volume buttons. The manifestations were such that the volume up button did not behave exactly twice in the original case. Everything was resolved within two days of handing over the phone by exchanging piece by piece, because there are no spare parts yet. I am completely satisfied and if I need to solve anything in the future, I will definitely use Český Servis Děčín again, even though I have an hour to go :-).

I am very satisfied with the speed, communication and willingness, especially Mr. Lukáš Kabourek. He responded to my question in email communication immediately. I put my Iphone X with a display defect for repair under warranty. I sent the phone by the collection service 9.4. (10.4 and 13.4 was a public holiday) and today 16.4 I already have my phone repaired. Thank you very much 😊
