Bad approach, I absolutely do not recommend robbing customers .. I bought 2 pieces of tires after a cursory inspection, they were fine, but after inflating, a crack appeared about 2 cm on the side, which I wanted to complain about. Nobody issued me a receipt, so I was expecting a problem. I had the tires put on the discs elsewhere - 2x disassembly of the old + disposal, installation of new and balancing a total of 220 CZK. Z5 to the point, the agreement was that they would give me other tires and they would change it. One will be done as part of a complaint and the other I will pay ok I have no problem. For changing and balancing 1 rubber 200 CZK without invoice. With the retaliation that they are from another region, it is too much. Great approach.

Cheap spare parts. I needed the lever on the flash. They had stock. They swapped.
