As soon as the car was finished (even though I did not give written or verbal consent to do it at all!), The master calls me that the car is ready to be picked up and the price for the total operation is 77xxCZK. During the hour I came for the car, in the office the lady gave me an invoice to sign, where the amount was 78xxCZK. So in the final, more versions about how much this "great job" costs at all. The Lord promised me that when I arrived, He would personally show me the parts of what and how there were. And of course no one bothered to come, even though almost all the workers from the workshop saw and looked at me! The conclusion that I will put a car in this service with a certain thing, which they are not able to do according to the actions, as they should, inform the customer about certain risks, you will pay more than the expected amount with a certain reserve of the possibility to pay something extra, the invoice does not even state what parts are there (specific brand). So I definitely do not recommend this service for me! Insufficient communication and information about the possible course of the repair. Such a dissatisfied and upset mood, I NEVER left the service. Think twice about entrusting your car to this service.
