Autoservis Zdeněk Bureš

I came to Mr. Bureš by accident; in june 2017, just before Vysoké Mýto, coolant leaked from our car. In "emergency mode", we crawled to the outskirts of Mýto and discovered the car service "Bureš". Mr. Bureš, even though it was Saturday afternoon, looked at the car and discovered a problem, a cracked lower radiator chamber. He took over our "scorpion" (BMW 525, born in 2002) and promised to replace the radiator. He mentioned it. that he worked for some time at BMW in Munich and that he knew Bavarians. In about 10 days we picked up the car, paid a decent price and drove off. Sometime in the spring of 2019, I began to feel that there was something wrong with our car's engine, the engine was taking enough oil, the performance was not right, sometimes a brief but noticeable drop in speed. Since I do not have a Bavarian specialist in my place of residence, I remembered Mr Bureš. We agreed on a complete overhaul of the engine, I handed over the car to him and waited for the result. We agreed in advance on the financial scope of the repair and I was in anticipation. After dismantling the engine, the scope of the repair was specified and, accordingly, the financial budget. I must say that the repair was not cheap and the time when we had to make do with the rented car also lasted a long time. But. I have been driving about 7,000 km with the car since then, the oil has not dropped "not a drop", the car is running like a slingshot, the beautifully cultivated six-cylinder is a pleasure to listen to ... So for me: Mr. Bureš understands cars (maybe especially Bavarians), and I was unconditionally satisfied with his work.

I needed to know something about the vehicle that was serviced by them, I called and I was given a lot of information that I needed .....

Willingness and helpfulness in negotiations. They helped with the sudden damage to the vehicle and its immobility, even outside working hours, they took over the vehicle for diagnostics.

Really great person! I called the gentleman on Saturday at 6 pm due to an urgent situation, and despite this late hour (and also on the weekend!) He came to my aid and towed the immovable car to us for service. Thank you very much and I recommend!
