When I seek medical help, I don't do it to bother someone. I need help, advice, I have been hurt, something hurts me .. Today I was treated roughly, my sister treated me arrogantly, unpleasantly ... really touched me, I was leaving and I was on the verge of losing myself in the office. The nurse acted in the style I had ever dared to come at 11:15. That next time I don't even dare to come like this at the last minute when they have until 11:30. That at this time it is only for acute cases. Ok, I understand they also want to go to lunch, or look forward to a break .. we're people, we don't always have to be in the mood. But just when I go to the doctor, I expect a professional approach. Once they have received the patient, they should treat him at least normally, if not sympathetically and pleasantly. Regarding the approach of the doctor and the other lady in x-ray, no problem. The nurse should not even work in healthcare with her approach to patients. Too bad I do not know the name, otherwise I would go directly to the lady concerned.

Strong professional approach, nurses nice, helpful and smiling, communication in person and on the phone for 1 ... maximum satisfaction 👍

The doctor is vigorous, but I have no problem with it. At least she can dream of being open and narovinu. Otherwise, I think he's a pro in his profession.

Medically probably normal but human approach -5. The behavior of a sister, a watchdog, as her sister called her sister Novotna Tomanova, is appalling. Arrogant and totally unprofessional. Probably poorly trained dog. After trying to agree whether I can get a paint spray first, because I have a small child we banged the door with the words when the husband's entrepreneur get it differently. She wasn't willing to talk to me at all. Unfortunately, this behavior has happened to me for the third time with this sister. I think that if such an arrogant lady can not deal with people and is referred to as a watchdog, she should be sitting at the cowshed, there she could yell for the whole round.
