Today I contacted this real estate agency, which offers for sale a farmstead in Bezdružice, Plzeň Region. I didn't call and the broker immediately called back. I talked to the broker Aneta Ježková. During the interview, the broker was constantly doing something noisy, which significantly disrupted the interview itself. We discussed the condition of the property, including the market situation. After asking about the price of real estate, respectively the possibility of a price reduction, given its condition and location, I was told that they would not reduce the price. I thanked you for providing the information, saying that at this price we would stay with each other. The broker received information that "Hmm, maybe you can get something for free" and hung up immediately. I consider this behavior to be very arrogant and completely unprofessional, which I have never met at any real estate agency.

Mrs. Zita Švandová was absolutely great from the first contact to the sale of my property! Very professional, communicative approach, nice person and high level negotiations. He has a feeling for sales as well as for dealing with people and interior design (homestaging). I recommend!
