Dear Executive Officer, I would like to respond to your answer to the review of my partner P. Černý. I am slightly disgusted with your statement, which I attribute to the fact that you are probably not sufficiently familiar with the communication led by your service technician. If you read our application of September 3, 2020 and the subsequent e-mail communication kept until September 11, 2020, you would not be able to defend your procedure so firmly and call the approach pro-client. Due to the inability of your verified supplier, which you presented on your website, we got into a situation twice when the Termolux window did not work properly. It was already clear from the region that the order would not be without problems, because five windows with defective fittings came from the production. Even so, the supplier assured us that everything was fine after the windows were installed. In the case of the second complication with persistent problems after the service performed by the supplier Vitox, we therefore deliberately turned directly to the Termolux complaint technician. In e-mail communication, we desperately asked for a constructive proposal for a solution to our problem. Which could be a paid service from the manufacturer. What constructive answers did we receive from you? Repeated austere batting with reference to the non-existent contractual relationship between us and Termolux. Do you consider this to be a satisfactory, pro-client and constructive solution to the customer's satisfaction problem? Only after the publication of a negative review on google.com did the ice move. Not because of the satisfaction of the end customer, which is how you present yourself here, but purely because of the marketing evaluation of your company on google.com. Which your service technician himself told us. I would therefore like to know how the guaranteed 5-year product warranty applies when you state that there is no contractual relationship between the Termolux manufacturer and the end customer. Is this another false marketing information that your company presents?

I cannot recommend the manufacturer of Termolux windows. The manufacturer has interesting products but appalling services. Especially in the field of production, complaint procedures and subsequent service. The windows were installed by the manufacturer's certified supplier of windows (listed on the manufacturer's website), the company Vitox of Mr. V. F. The windows were already defective at the factory, had bad all-round fittings and could not be used. I did not take over the windows despite assurances from the supplier that everything was fine. However, the technician from Termolux came directly to the first complaint and replaced the fittings. Within a year, the same windows began to rub terribly, and even after Mr. V. F.'s attempt at service, they were not repaired. A Termolux technician, Mr. D. L. from the complaints department, is already sabotaging our request for window service and possible adjustment by a capable technician. The manufacturer does not have pro-client behavior and does not build satisfaction with its customers. We still do not have fully functional windows and we regret the choice of these windows for our house. Here are a few details of Termolux windows. Edit: Today, October 30, 2020, the complaint technician D. L. arrived again and, to our satisfaction, adjusted the windows. Unfortunately, this happened only after the publication of this review and after the exacerbation of the whole situation. If the window manufacturer had led a pro-client approach from the beginning and had the windows serviced (or recommended another capable supplier from the immediate area), there might not have been a negative experience at all. Even so, we would like to thank Termolux for arranging a remedy.
