I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I bought an ERGON BA3 backpack from this company at the exhibition last year. I used this backpack a few times during the cycling season. After several uses, the backpack began to show considerable fraying of nylon material on the back in the places of the ventilation pads, almost in the entire back area. For this reason, I sent the backpack to this company for a complaint. After about 14 days, the backpack was sent back to me stating that the complaint was rejected. After subsequent telephone communication with an employee of this company, to whom I told doubts about the correct resolution I assured that I caused everything by incorrect use. All my arguments why this is not the case were not taken into account. send a new product. Instead, the frayed fibers were cut by someone amateurishly or removed in some other way. Even after this "professional" procedure, the defects still remained visible in some places. The reasons for not acknowledging the complaint and the company's statement are as follows: - the complaint is rejected due to failure to find a manufacturing or material defect - the surface of the structure was damaged by external mechanical influences - during further use, we recommend avoiding contact of the back padding with the surface, which can disrupt their structure and surface After reading the above, I got the impression that I bought a great cycling backpack, which is better not to use much and somewhere better to just exhibit it. I note that I used the backpack only when I always wore a cotton T-shirt or a nylon cycling jacket with a smooth back surface. After this experience, I must state that I would NEVER buy ANYTHING from this company and unfortunately I can not recommend it and I do not recommend buying this type of backpack.
