During the first order everything went great and her husband came beautiful leather backboard Stetson. Based on this order we ordered two more bekovky. One also Stetson and one Docker man totaling almost CZK 3,819. We got two completely different bekovky in much worse quality and advertised free bekovky not arrived at all - but that would not bother us if the goods we ordered. I tried to communicate from the store through the web, but no one answered me. So I packed and sent both bekovky along with the return protocol according to the terms and conditions (registered within 14 days of receipt). The post office confirmed that the shipment was received by the recipient. Since then, no one has contacted me from the store, money has not arrived to my account and it will be almost 2 months from the return of the goods.

I paid 2029, - CZK for bekovka, the next day my order was canceled by e-shop with the fact that the bekovka is not in stock and the delivery date is unknown. So I chose another one in the same color variant, which was immediately in stock. In the meantime, I waited a week for a refund of my previous canceled order, and obviously I had to claim extra and I was required to fill out a withdrawal form. Subsequently, I received the second order, which was a Bekovka with a number smaller size, so I can return. The funds were returned to me, but only in the amount of 1970, - CZK, where the remaining 60, - CZK is a mystery. Really serious acting like crazy and I have no choice but to recommend the shop. The only plus is a free bekovka that exceeded my expectations, but I have to return. Damage.

Great satisfaction. I appreciate the very helpful and personal approach and trust in customers. We will be happy to advise you what type of Bekovka to suit you. In my case, they even sent me some to try, I chose two and I got one more for free. Really nice, for which I thank you very much again and I can only recommend this shop. Next time I will make a trip to Svitavy and go to see you personally. So total satisfaction and I can only recommend this e-shop and shop to all lovers of Bekovky.
