The fact that the office has a shortened office hours is a government order, so I understand that it is not the fault of the office, but when they have from 8-11 and you arrive at 10.50 am just pick up the finished RP and the lady will tell you that it will not give you that you have to come again in the afternoon is really scandalous! I understand if it was a request for a new RP, but this was just a pick-up, which will take 3 minutes? And this is not the only case. A practically identical case happened to us at the Cadastral Office in Svitavy. I think this odd time suits most officials. If I could, I would only give half a star.

Mrs. on the matrix refused to say that it is already working hours, while it was still half an hour and it says on the door that the last clients take 15 minutes before the end of working hours. No one cares about the fact that one is going a long way, or that it was impossible to get to work before.
