Remembered in the middle of the 14th century. as parish. The original building was expanded several times, and in 1912-13 a new church was built in a gothic style perpendicular to the original axis. The architect was Bóža Dvořák. The presbytery was preserved from the original Gothic structure, today the left (eastern) chapel. The interior is decorated with paintings by Antonín Häusler according to Mikoláš Alše's paintings.
