confusion slowness incompetence. we were 20 people. we ordered a lounge. we waited 20 minutes to attend the service. he confused and did not explain to us what the fault was. then we waited again 20 min before he brought something. he was like a hangover. the qualities of subcooling. another brigadnik brought another olives before they were ordered. we had the feeling of going to wine somewhere else. in need this vine of goodness. do not wait and you will be surprised.
