Examination with a one-year-old child was at 2.5 hours, while there is no facilities for children (not counting super impractical mini changing table on the toilet), stairs everywhere, forget about the stroller, no children's corner, gloomy environment, staff unpleasant and very unprofessional, zero relationship with children and not a pinch of empathy. He is constantly chasing you from one surgery to another, MUDr. Benešová was constantly sighing about how to examine the child if he did not cooperate (of course, he is a one-year-old child, perhaps they should be prepared for that). The fact that this is a specialized children's eye clinic did not leave a good impression on me and we would rather find another facility where they will be really equipped and prepared for children.

Today, the examination at this clinic was a traumatic experience for us. If you want to bring your baby in a pram, take the lock with you and you can keep the pram locked in the lobby. The children's eye clinic does not have a barrier-free access. On the contrary, it is equipped with a staircase between each room. Maybe jump in advance for a few cardio workouts, because in those three hours, during which you will be suffocated by burnt and unpleasant existences, you will manage those stairs a million. If you want to repack your baby, you can do so in your stroller, which is locked in the lobby. Changing table at the children's clinic? What for? Toys, pictures on the walls, or maybe coloring books? What for? She will pass the desire to play when they will show you the procedure of examination of the eye background in the style of pacification by an intervention unit on your one-year-old baby! Then when is your baby crying after a similar experience? It doesn't matter, the doctor, accompanied by stupid comments, will keep you waiting even longer as a reward and will take the patients who came for you. Covid 19? Well-being ... if you can count to sixteen, it means you can count exactly how many people you spent the three hours in the waiting room. I definitely do not recommend examinations at this clinic! We have to go for a check in half a year. We will go to the other side of the world, but definitely not here.

The worst experience we have ever had with doctors and staff. The doctor should change patients from children to pensioners. Absolutely no relationship with children. With the baby, they run around from one floor to another and the whole examination is unnecessarily lengthy, while the examination could be done in one surgery and within half an hour. There is no changing table for children in the waiting room, let alone toys, etc. The reception is probably only there for decoration. When we asked about the procedure of the examination, we felt that we were bothering them. If we have eye problems in the future, certainly not here. We'd rather take a longer trip to a more distant city than go here again.

The worst experience. Reluctantly and does not accept nurses and I do not even talk about the doctor. No relationship with children at all, when a person comes here for an examination with a child to take the whole day off. I do not recommend !!!!
