The service is slow and arrogant, it provides incomplete information about the termination of the contract and the transition to another operator. At another T-mobile branch, I was told that at the Litomyšl branch, the procedure for terminating the contract was incorrect. I no longer intend to contact this branch.

Arrogant and incompetent men's service. A year-old phone says it is old and the problem cannot be solved. Resolved at another store in a minute.
