Bad experience with buying a device. Personally I said that I wanted a type of electrical installation and I do not want a universal one. After 2 days, I got the universal plug. So I did not take him to the dealer. Especially because I kept contact. I lost badly 2 days and a journey. Make sure the customer takes something he does not want to be unprofessional.
