The order was very fast. With an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks, we had the stroller at home in 2 weeks. The store reaped great praise from me for the problem that came a month later. I found out that the purchased car seat does not fit on the base (I had it from another source). With this problem, I contacted the store by email to see if anything else could be done about it (Friday night). I got an answer in about half an hour. The master kept communicating with me all Saturday and in the evening (Saturday) I could go for another seat. Within 24 hours, a big problem solved for me.

We ordered a pram for my granddaughter Camarelo sudari, we subsequently canceled the order because we found the same pram in an online store in Poland cheaper. However, we did not do that, we were sent a pram non-standard .... with a different chassis, slow correspondence with a Polish store, reluctance made us very tired .... to this day we have not been refunded. On the other hand, the correspondence with the shop in Přelouč was great, fast, and they were very willing to deliver the originally canceled pram to us with a gift in a very short time. 5 stars for our family. Lesson - it is good to have the contents of the original box with a pram checked in the store, so you will avoid an unpleasant surprise during the cash on delivery.

For choosing a pram, my friend and I should have been warned about the unpleasant behavior of the lady in the store. Unfortunately, during the complaint, the partner experienced such arrogance that we have never seen anything so terrible. Due to the fact that there is practically no possibility to challenge a complaint at the kocark, this company knows this very well. Therefore, be careful about buying here. Arrogant behavior, insults and unsolvability of complaints. When you contact the CTIA, they will challenge you to obtain an expert opinion and there are NO EXPERTS FOR STROLLERS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC. I called various subjects, counseling centers, etc. No one had a solution to provide an opinion. I spent a lot of time doing that. Finally, I called the stroller manufacturer in the Czech Republic. That it is clear to all parties that when shop owners boast of the law, they know very well that there is no solution. In the end, I let it be. In the hours I've spent, I'd earn a new quality stroller. Which, after all, advised everyone not to buy low-quality prams, so there is no solution. The amount that varies is not that big, and when you add money, you have peace of mind ... The brand seller is dedicated to you, he can guarantee and solve things. I spend time doing this just to save time for others.

I am satisfied with both the fast delivery and the stroller, which is actually even nicer than in the picture.
