Well, to somehow get to why only 3 stars. The parking lot is in a great location. And probably the most important thing is that it's free. Everything is a short distance from this place. Sokolovna, zalozna, schools, shops, squares, pubs just a great spot of what we will. The only problem is that it is matter-of-fact. Lots of retirees and other brain-impotent people think that the parking lot is a forum novel and that they go for walks ideally by road. Unfortunately, the entrance to the parking lot is a bit harder to solve, but I can't blame it. There is a very long and busy transition. And people who leave the square don't use blinkers much. So a place for great parking just wants to get on my nerves and not go to the data pack through the papule
