When you buy, Mrs. Tichá is very nice. We bought our daughter overalls and shorts. But within half a year the inner layer of the fabric began to tear - see photo, after a year the daughter had a large hole in the crotch, evidently stretching the fabric while dressing. Responding to a Claim? Apparently we were sure to pour hot or dry on the overalls. When I fundamentally refused this, I was told to send the coveralls to Switzerland for laboratory tests, but I have to pay them and they are not cheap 🙄 but I do not have the strength and desire to deal with it further, I am disappointed by the actions of Mrs. Ticha. I don't think a company is in a situation where they have to act like this, just to get rid of their responsibility for the obvious defect in processing. I bought another brand overalls and at least I write my experience as a warning to others.
