Hello, I would like to draw the attention of other customers to the poor quality of the curtains. After the first wash, the curtains were drawn (scratched) in many places! I washed them for 20 degrees, which I can't even say anymore for washing (my grandmother washes them for 60 degrees from another company and she still has them nice). My sister also has curtains from Vesna and after the third wash 15 cm shorter (washes 40 degrees)! I tried to contact the complaints department, which did not comment even after two months!

We have been waiting for the goods for the third week, we paid in advance, of course ... we can't wait, ok, everyone will understand, but that someone would send an email, just with the information that they can't wait, so that we simply know what's going on, unfortunately it didn't happen, and no one responded to our email inquiry ... And on the phone we called today, a very unpleasant lady said that it would come sometime next week. Excellent 👍 Thank you and we will never order anything from you again after this experience.

Disaster store, I ordered blankets, which after delivery and opening the package, I did not know whether to cry or laugh. The photo of the zebra blankets was different from what had come. The rag faded, which I returned immediately. It's been almost a month and the 1200kc money is not able to return me. Even though I've called them twice and urged a refund! Ambrožova

I received half of the ordered goods, but I paid for the entire order. After an hour of trying to call them and complain about the delivery of goods, I am really upset. Several phones and no one answers.
