I am absolutely excited !!! We bought GERON rocking chairs here and ordered them together with assembly and yield, which are not offered everywhere. Communication from start to finish, including the introductory phone consultation on the info line, absolutely great, plus I had a request to call on the day of delivery 20 minutes in advance and the courier kept it to the letter, the time frame was also adhered to. The date of production and delivery was exactly in the range of 3-4 weeks. The chairs are beautiful, they arrived nicely wrapped in foil and bubble wrap and the courier brought them out with a smile. I also liked that the delivery date was in the morning between 6 am and 8 am, so it didn't break my working day. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

I made a big mistake not to read the reviews before shopping at this company. I ordered chairs that came to me terribly wrapped and damaged. Although they have acknowledged the complaint, I do not communicate with you at all, they do not solve the time that would suit you for delivery, etc. I don't know by phone and I am referring to another department where you will not solve anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I do not recommend, the delivery time of the goods should be 5-15 days, I waited about 4 and a half months and as soon as I wanted to return the money, the store stopped picking up the phones and stopped communicating. So I handed it over to a lawyer and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. I have not met the customer yet.

Negotiations unprofessional. Avoiding complaints. I will never buy anything from this company again. You buy a box, you divide a box you fold. After half the folding, you will find that the corner is bumped. The box was absolutely fine when picking up the goods. When I complained about it, the lady told me that I should not have opened the box for her but taken a picture. So I really don't know who's stupid here. I just advise everyone not to shop at this company.

I bought two cabinets worth 11 thousand from this company. CZK. I made a fundamental mistake that I assembled the cabinets at all and did not return them immediately. Poor quality processing, breaking the door in hinges, drawers not working at all .... the company did not acknowledge the complaint within the legal deadline. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! order anything from this company.
