SUPER SHOP! SUPER OPERATION! One day I ordered an Italian bike carrier Peruzzo and the next day it was delivered to me. For unpacking, I found out the mechanical damage caused by transport and even though I did not comply with the business conditions and the complaint procedure (goods unpacked after another 5 days), they came to the utmost response to the complaint department and sent a new spare part free of charge.
