If you change the opening hours completely pointlessly and unusable for people working other than / from 2 pm, at least update it on the net. Milking up with a broken wheel and seeing it cut behind the glass is completely up to me ...! so over the week until 5 pm, closed on weekends

👎 I am probably not the right customer for THIS COMPANY, which disappointed me a lot. He contacted the service with an offer to professionally adjust my new bike purchased from Hervis sport (unpacked) and at the same time became their regular customer for all our 3 bikes, which we have at home for regular use and whenever he serviced them (gave them work and generated them). them profit). They probably have a serious problem with the assembly and adjustment of the bike for CZK 14,000 purchased from the supermarket due to the fact that I did not want to entrust this work to unqualified persons in Hervis. They write this on their website: We don't make a difference whether the bike is bought from us or another store ... I had the opposite feeling from the phone conversation and the gentleman was very distrustful of this bike, which he had never seen (upper class with hydraulic brakes) and a little arrogant ... I'm sorry that what they write on their website is not based on the truth and I'm quite annoyed. Such people really do not deserve to do business and offer services to the public. Rating: unsatisfactory and very disappointing and their company is located from my residence barely a few tens of meters ...

Absolutely great experience and I can only recommend. The owner is very accommodating, it can be seen that he rides the bike himself and knows "his product" very well. I really have nothing to complain about. If you are buying a new bike or need service, I recommend all 10.

Until 2016 I used this company for regular annual service of my then 20-year-old Athor and I was satisfied with the services. Then I bought the Superior XC 749 with the same type of components from the previous bike, followed by a story of ever-occurring defects that remedied by the strange choice of new components in this service. I can no longer recommend service or Superior bikes!
