I was also told that this was an indicative period and did not apply to pre-Christmas traffic. But it is a news to me that on the web or in the email, where they are proud of delivery, they do not state this within 48 hours at the latest. It is also very interesting that other companies where I buy car parts, car batteries, operating cartridges and other accessories still deliver within 24 hours of shipment and do not make excuses for "pre-Christmas operation". If I wanted to make excuses for my pre-Christmas operation in my workshop, I would gradually lose all my customers and be able to go for a walk instead of work at this time ... I wonder if my customer will apologize for him that his car change several parts and needed a fast delivery from this store, it will not go on the time I promised, because the store sent very proud information about the delivery at the latest within 48 hours. This was my first and last experience with this business and its stupid and uneducated staff.

I'm going to pick up Osram bulbs ordered and prepaid via the e-shop. After 10 minutes of searching for light bulbs, the operator wants to mark them for me, after another 5 minutes they will find out that they have already been paid for. The operator drops them on the ground when handing them over (bulbs) and calmly picks them up and gives them to me without checking that they are OK after the fall. How is this possible ????
