The apartments are nice but the fun ends here. Downstairs the restaurant is worth avoiding. Buffet breakfasts are ok, but dinner and beer is hell. The staff did not have a feeling of gastronomy. Account without EET.

Gastro hell 🤑Frozen dumplings. To drink tea from a wrapped mug you can get to the tea set before Christmas in the supermarket. The food in the restaurant was nice, the prices a little higher than the city standard, but on the other hand very good, tasty, home cooking. Beer Plzeň (great), alternative Krakonoš is already worse / cheap level. To use the whirlpool (I would recommend proper cleaning, including water change) and sauna, billiards (it is definitely not for professional pokes), football, darts. Everything within the restaurant. Parking approx. 20-30m from the apartments, exits to Pec or via Černý Důl. Around the slopes and hiking opportunities, countless ... The apartment (specifically No. 106) was cool, tidy, with wi-fi, quiet for 5 people. Furnished with refrigerator, dishes, etc. for home cooking. I would recommend changing towels and towels both in the apartment and in the whirlpool, the best are long overdue ... 🤷🏻‍♂️ In general, accommodation can be evaluated positively, for reasonable crowns you get peace in nature, suitable for families with children, the attention of staff in the restaurant and good access to Sněžka. Ok for me, book without worries, we did not have a negative experience with operating accommodation ... 👍🏻

The room was beautiful with super views. I should have reservations only for the reconstruction of the entire building. The walls are very thin, so you can hear a normal conversation between the apartments. For the whole chapter is the administrator, who lacks all humanity and all he cares about is money, which is trying to blackmail on everything. If you don't like him, he is able to spread bizarre lies about you as a customer. In confrontations, he did not hesitate to resort to the roar and evoke a sense of security for your safety. This person is definitely not in the service. It is a great misfortune that he has such power in this business, this place definitely does not deserve it.

If someone is looking for peace and quiet, away from civilization, I highly recommend it. Attention only needs to be paid in winter when access is only possible via paid scooter entry (10 euros / person) (on Booking this information is provided but in the detailed description) or on foot. We entered one way and returned on foot and sledding along the picturesque, undemanding and frequented route. Very good conditions in the apartment. Next to it is a small T-bar belonging to the guest house. The only minus is quite poor breakfast.
