I have been going to the local town and the places around it for years, but I don't understand the inconvenience of choosing a ferry when the dam is under repair and another access on foot to the beach from the town is only after a 4 km trail!

The picturesque town below the Vranov Dam, literally hidden between the hills. Plenty of tourism around, nice castle above the town, South Moravia - so good wine :)
