Extremely slow service and one of the worst attitudes towards customers I've ever seen. We waited almost two hours and then had to return the pizza, because it was burned and crumbled.

Slow service. They can't handle the amount of visitors. Pizzas arrived with 10 minute intervals.

Overall rating 5/10 and it's a shame, the place otherwise looks great in terms of interior, exterior and position in Vranov. I have no previous experience from this pub, but I would think that she changed owners, instead of fish she makes pizzas, fried foods and "beef" broth and the staff is young, probably inexperienced, although nice, but very very very slow and inefficient (on the spot was in the number of 3 for about 9 tables of max. 4 guests). We got the drink quite quickly, but three times for 4 and probably also because we sat inside. To order food, we already had to contact us to get a menu and again after a long break to order 2x fried cheese with french fries and tartar, chicken fillet with potatoes and 2x beef broth. The soups were within 10 minutes, we waited 35 minutes for the others and then we asked if the food was going at all. It was coming, but one "fryer" was forgotten, so another 15 minutes were waited for. From our discussion, listening to work with a pestle in the kitchen, preparation time and looking at the presentation of the food, I came to the conclusion that neither the cheese nor the steak were semi-finished products. Industrial tartare in a bag. Tastefully, everything is fine, in the end the consumers did not complain about anything - the classic Eidam and the crossbow - let's say a decent portion of 7/10. Soup of celery, carrots and noodles, indistinct, so 6/10. Beer Hostan ok, yellow lemonade of indistinct taste, for that crazy color. I think the payment was only in cash. If you don't have that much time, you can find much better gastronomy and a functioning business across the river.

One big disaster! We really do not strongly recommend. We got here completely by accident and it was one big disappointment and certainly no one will see us there again Uninterested service, we slowly had to beg and call for someone to serve us. The other tables were full of fresh glasses, but the boy had to light himself right now, the others had walked around three times and had done nothing about it I don't know what took so long to prepare the food, but good. What was worse was that they brought one food after 10 minutes, which, by the way, was no glory at all, I wouldn't be afraid to say that it was a loser. By the time the person had finished, they brought the remaining food after half an hour. I really don't know what they've been preparing on it for so long, but at least it could be eaten. There were leftovers from some last lunch on the cutlery, it looked like potatoes🤣. I probably wouldn't even talk about toilets, they're just suspended far in time. You better have to go inside, because if we were waiting for someone to come to us, they would still have us there today. At least we learned that when we are somewhere, we should first look at the reviews, if there is something better in the area and then go somewhere. Because this was really the worst we've ever been and we already have something behind us. I haven't found a single positive thing, at most the experience that I'm not going anywhere until I find out what it is. Have a nice day and in the future I feel sorry for everyone who goes there as naively as we do.
