Reluctant, arrogant guy, no decent behavior. He / she handles a private call when he arrives at the branch, and he does not have the grace to answer even after the call. In explaining the problem you are going to go there, you almost throw a paper with a number and call in there that doesn't. I think the company should pay him lessons of decent behavior and dealing with people!
