A great experience that has once again confirmed to me how the professionalism, kindness and willingness of officials is increasing in this country, but on the other hand, the craziness of clients and people in public is increasing. At this office, I first communicated with two officials by telephone. Both were kind and helpful. When I came to the office personally, I communicated with a total of 4 officials. They were all pleasant and professional. The doctor from the legal department even checked my donation contract and the proposal for a deposit within a few minutes of her will. It was enough for me to fix one mistake manually and sign the patch on the spot. She spared me from having to repeat the whole process, including verification of signatures. I cannot imagine more willingness, help and professionalism. Thank you again to all the nice ladies who treated me so pleasantly.
