I just needed to pick up my driver's license after the previous loss. According to information from the Czech police, it was supposed to be stored here at the office. After a long queue at the reception, I received a serial number. After another wait, I was told that my driver's license had already been shredded. The lady was extremely uncomfortable. I was forced to wait here for another queue at the reception, where I was given another serial number and I waited again. More than an hour this time. It wasn't until an hour later that I applied for a new driver's license. The behavior of the clerks is appalling. It is an emergency. That's why I secretly hoped that everything would be accelerated so that people would not gather in one place. However, the queue for the waiting room brought me to my knees. I keep my fingers crossed for everyone who has to visit this institution for some reason.

Everything took place completely calmly and exactly according to the time of ordering. The lady at the counter is also fine. I was gone in three minutes.

It is not possible to order via the selected serial number for a transcript of the car with a pre-filled form. He must go to the lady in person at the reception, then write out the form and only then you will get the serial number for the task. .And beware, you have to have cash to transcribe. Otherwise a regular office. Officials at the counters are willing. Still, we are not rich as neighbors in Germany and we do not change cars after three years. And therefore we do not go to the office more often.

Opening hours written right here except that when you come there log in the car you will find that only for lunch online.Docela sad that it on the site do not only listed for lunch only indicated on the xara paper right next to them ......
