Unfortunately, I couldn't stand it today and I have to write something. At the beginning, I started driving to this service not only because I have it closest, but mainly because of the extended warranty on the Škoda Rapid MONTE CARLO, which I bought a year old. The first thing that stopped me was the oil change interval. Of all the cars I ever had to change after a maximum of 15,000 (however, I usually did it after 10) or at least once a year. After buying a car, I went to this service and had the car checked, with the fact that it was still lit on the deck for 10 thousand km until the oil change (I still did not know that the interval is 30 thousand), so they did not change it. It clearly doesn't matter well. However, they didn't change a single filter for me, and I think that at least the pollen should change every year, if not more often. But they exchanged all the wipers and windshield washer fluid for that. My second visit was due to an oil change when I figured they would change all the filters at the same time. I counted wrong. At the same time, I complained about the automatic wiping of the wipers, it just wiped as it wanted. They told me to show them the video. WHAT? Should I drive and shoot? But I usually have a good co-driver, so we did it. I came back here due to a complaint about it. At first, they absolutely didn't pretend that it was probably my fault and I mechanically damaged it. It doesn't matter if they sent it and exchanged it in a month. Now I arrived after 2 years when the deck told me the oil change and at the same time cold air was blowing at my passenger's feet. They ordered me in a week. The lord didn't even go to see the car. In the meantime, I went to the cottage where I showed the problem to a friend of the mechanic, who checked the hoses from the thermostat, everything was seated, so it was not a thermostat, but he found out that the pollen filter cover had fallen out at the passenger's feet. Then he took it out and I haven't seen such humus for a long time! The filter was still original from production !!!!!! I say again the car was always only in this authorized service and after several visits they did not change the filter !!! So I clicked it, the car was heating up. Before, it was probably a big problem for the mechanic to just go and see (there was no one in the service waiting room except me). Well when I found out that the pollen filter is 5 years old I looked at the air and the world wondered also the original !!!!! I do not understand how that when changing the oil does not change all the filters ??? So I arrived on time and I emphasized to the mechanic the replacement of all the filters (except the fuel) and he was looking at me as if I had fallen from God. And I'm not talking about oil change intervals that are 30 thousand km and unlimited! However, of course, it is not the fault of the service but of the carmaker as such.
I have one more car twice a year, I have it inspected by a mechanic from a normal car repair shop. and I think the car is taken care of much better than in this AUTHORIZED service.

Friendly dealings, everything according to the agreement, the problem identified was discussed over the phone, including a proposal for a price for solving the problem ... very willing gentlemen at the Škoda service.
Service inspection of the Škoda Octavia III, complete cleaning and addition of air conditioning, replacement of the front wheel bearing (humming while driving, which I no longer wanted to listen to).
I definitely recommend it to everyone :)
