The helpful staff has always been able to help me with any spare parts for the scooter and I am always happy to return. There has never been a problem with complaints or replacement of parts.

The service of the Piaggio Beverly 125 scooter was absolutely perfect. Agreed date, delivered scooter and extensive service performed within one day and waiting (spare parts in stock). I praise not only for the result, but also for the excellent communication, documentation and explanation of the repairs performed when taking over the machine. All at very solid prices. Great satisfaction - it is definitely worth bringing the scooter there, even from a greater distance.

The company is friendly and kind until there is a problem. In my case, the kit was incorrectly assembled into a scooter, and when I wanted to complain about this work, they started making excuses and, as a result, said that they no longer wanted to see me here. I put the scooter in another service, where they repaired everything as it should be, and the scooter rides to this day. SCOOTLAND I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO PROBLEMS IN RESOLVING COMPLAINTS!
