The worst service. I had my car repaired here after an accident that I did not cause, and the repair was paid for from the culprit's insurance policy. I was hoping to have a well-repaired car and no worries, but now I regret that I would rather not do it myself, because I would be able to do it much faster and better. The repair or in their case only the replacement of two body parts took 3 months and the design was very amateurish and sloppy. What is not visible from the outside, so they did not deal with it at all, although it was also registered for repair by the liquidator from the insurance company. I didn't even consider the complaint, because after such a long time of repairs and (un) hard work, I preferred to finish the rest myself.

This service is probably the biggest mistake you can make. We had the front bumper changed. Apart from the fact that the repair took a really long time, I found out that during installation they forgot several screws that hold the engine cover and also the right front cover of the chassis wandered somewhere. I can't explain their correction very well, but I would probably do it better and faster myself. I recommend looking for another service.

So far, good experience and willingness to solve the matter

The car repair took 3 months, I returned 3 times with a complaint, installed non-original parts that did not fit into the car and their use caused further damage to the car. The information about the possibility of picking up the car from the service was zero, after contacting the service with the question of when it will be possible to pick up the car, I was always told that they would call, did not call. Choosing this service is really unfortunate.

I drive a lot of kilometers and I was in various services in Prague and the Central Bohemian region, but this service is clearly the best. Not only does it not ruin your price, but mainly first-class service, helpfulness, willingness, decent and fair dealing. I recommend to anyone looking for quality service at a good price! For me 1, and therefore 5 *!
