Hello, I do not recommend the Elpis funeral service. We visited this funeral service, about 2 months ago, saying that a sad event had happened, and that you were going to do an unpleasant thing with it. The lady in the funeral service introduced herself politely, she politely said that she was sorry for this event, what was appropriate and belonged to such an event, but that the lady looked as if she had had a bottle of wine before, it probably came to her notice. With the fact that she had quite unpleasant hints, such as whether her mother did not have a covid and the like. Which seems pretty rude and inappropriate to me, what is the lady in the first place and secondly she may not be interested in such things at all. I will omit the fact that everything took enough for the lady, at this moment I would prefer everything to go quickly, and without any such allusions as the lady had. We told the lady several times if it could be speeded up, she saw that it was not pleasant for all of us. So I would expect him to understand it somehow, and not have such questions and interpretations. Therefore, I would never choose this funeral service again. I visited the funeral service with my stepfather and aunt on August 28, 2020. The lady's behavior seemed quite inappropriate to me.

Thank you very much to Mrs. Vavrovic in Elpis Neratovice for organizing the uncle's funeral. The lady was very accommodating, she explained everything in detail, she solved it. Very professional and human approach! We definitely recommend.

Mrs. Miroslava Vavrovičová recently helped our family to go through a difficult life situation and we are glad that Mrs. Miroslava did it because she was professional, very empathetic, did her job with charm and helped us get the insight we lacked so much at the time. Thank you very much

I do not recommend !!!! The lady spoke as if she was drunk and had unpleasant hints !! I wrote the review here at the request of the surviving family ... I don't need any whisperers to tell me what to write!

Thank you for a very nice and dignified farewell to our loved one, for a beautiful and concise speech and for help in arranging things around ..
