Mr. Herout's approach is absolutely exemplary, this is how all used cars should behave, and we were completely satisfied with the approach when we bought it. But what followed very surprised me. Over time, the car showed a major defect, which, as a dealer, he could not know. Mr. Herout offered to pay for the repair himself.
