However, I have to dwell on the knowledge of receiving technicians for service. today I came to AKC for a service inspection at 20t Km, which is prescribed by the service plan and is covered by the warranty, for completeness I will add that the car is equipped with an oil quality sensor and if necessary to change it will notify you, which occurred at 12t Km, when the oil was also changed (also in AKC). I don't know how to describe the whole situation better than a brief transcript of the interview: service: If the car does not report service to you, you do not have to contact it, in addition, you were here at 12t Km to change the oil. Me: I have written in the service plan that I have to service 20t Km regardless of the oil change. service: no, you have another service up to 40t Km and that is an oil change with a cabin filter Me: but a service inspection should be performed at 20t Km (for VW it is called inspection service, fluid level, clearance, etc.) and your service technician also confirmed to me when changing the oil that I still have to come at 20t Km, because other tasks are being performed service: no, (looks at the service info on the on-board computer) you will come up for more oil, and it will be when the car tells you that it needs service, (another technician comes): the oil change was so early because before you handed over, so it was supposed to be a demonstration and so the annual service interval was running before you bought it ... Me: I bought the new car service: but you don't know how long it has been in the showroom Me: I put the car into production service: well, you don't know how long it took somewhere, or they set it wrong I'm currently wondering if anyone is listening to me ... service: in any case you did not neglect anything, you will come to the service when the car prompts you, now we will not do any action, goodbye, I leave the house, and in the documentation for the car I find what I suspected all the time and what I signed when handing over the car - namely that the car has to go every 2Ot Km for a service inspection, regardless of whether the oil interval is shorter. There is even a list of tasks that are performed during this service. So I'm calling back to the AKC, they've also traced the service plan, "it's there, I'm looking at it now" the technician tells me, hooray, I'm going for a service in the afternoon. It's all the more spicy because, according to the information in the service plan, neglect of regular inspections is a reason to lose the warranty ... So in addition to losing my time, it actually turned out well, the only thing that struck me was my feeling that it didn't matter what I tell the technicians. , the service is simply not done and done. In addition, it gave me the impression that no one even knows that such a service is performed - if they told me not to come later, I will still understand (Talisman and Mégane have different intervals - 20t Km vs. 30t Km) but here the whole the discussion erupted for another oil change. I hope that at least the technicians in the workshop know about the existence of a service inspection and that they perform it ...

Perfektní jednání. Jak na dílnách tak i paní na příjmu do servisu. Tu by měli platit zlatem . Fakt hrozně fajn a nekonečně vstřícná pani. Má Bezvadné jednání milá a ochotná péče. Holt jim záleží a je to fakt vidět na první pohled na každém jednom zákazníkovi. Profi přístup v dílnách rádi poradí a vysvětlí co a jak. Každému co chce mít auto v perfektní kondici Absolutně DOPORUČUJI!!!!! PS: Vše mám ověřené vlastními skušenostmy a praxi. Prostě paráda a radost tam jet na servis vozu.
