We would like to thank the entire Elpis funeral home and especially Mrs. Podroužková for her absolutely professional and empathetic approach. We really appreciate her help in coping with this difficult situation and thank you very much again for the excellent handling of all the essentials in connection with the farewell to our beloved grandfather. Good day. Let me just briefly thank the team of your ELPIS branch, Brandýs, Mrs. Podroužková, in arranging a funeral farewell to my Ivana on February 15, 2018 in the Zápský Church. Her calm and at the same time systematic management of the entire course and negotiations was not a mistake. She had no problem in the slightest, repeating to me what she had already said, because I did not perceive her. She is extremely receptive and sensitive to our survivors. She was right that the flowers were actually more beautiful than in the photos. The approach and clothing of the staff during the preparation itself in the church is absolutely professional, with which many gondolence guests, according to them, have not yet met.
