U Pichlerů

We were looking for accommodation in Šumava ... we found a treasure. Perfect place, great owners and nothing was a problem. Even though we had already left the accommodation and moved elsewhere, we got back part of the fate and thanks to the possibilities and efforts of the owners we were able to stay here until the end of the holiday. Perfect rest for my whole family, including my daughter Františka, who slept here until 10-11 in the morning and didn't want to go home at all, which we didn't. We will definitely return and this place has become our favorite accommodation in Šumava. (As a bonus, the owners have a shop in Vimperk and I dare to quote the owner - "Your lady will adore it, your wallet will not.": D). Plus a small bonus from the owner - a beautiful hobby.

Beautiful mountain cottage basically secluded, yet about 500 from the ski slope (on the way there is possible most of the way to ski). Very nice and helpful owners. Small but fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are equipped with older but perfectly suited furniture, in our case they were even stylish beds and wardrobes from the time of our great-grandmothers. The cottage has two shared bathrooms. Since there are only 4 rooms, with the "fronts" in the shower was not at all a problem. The paved road leads to the building, but the owner regularly adjusts it in the winter, so even with the front-wheel drive, the arrival was without problems.
