On THIS place I have good time, Short but great!!!

I ordered the room via booking and 10min called it on 7.2.2020 p.Novotne saying that I ordered the room through p.Notna ... we arrived at the guest house with children from the district of Rakovník and we were told that accommodation for us do not ... p.Novotna did not take my phones and did not try to find us another accommodation, I have 19mesicni daughter was completely out of the way ... p.Novotna supposedly inform us in the morning which did not happen from p.Novotne .. total indifference !!! the only one who wanted to help us in this situation was the staff ... for me in my life there will never go again eventually around 16h found accommodation pension Beautiful view Javornik - all great !!! Prices ski lift about 150 m from the pension- completely absolutely perfect meeting ... even if your rooms do not come out to take care of replacement accommodation in the same price and location ... p.Novotna annoyed me a lot ... I learned from people that this situation did not happen for the first time ... message for Mr. Novotnou- thank you for crazy experience and terrible hopelessness ... !!! Yours sincerely Hanušová

We were for the second year in a row on spring break for the whole week in a group that occupied the whole cottage. Great location, a little less snow this year, but nothing can be done. Great service, helpfulness, everything can be arranged. Very nice. We look forward to our next visit.
