Absolute reluctance to potential customers. The bcmi module that controls keyless starting has stopped working on my Ford. Since this is a 12-year-old car, I was not going to invest money in a new module, but got an already used origo module. For it to work, it must be configured directly in Ford. After a telephone explanation of the problem, I was rejected on the grounds that I was not a regular customer (since I only owned the car for a month, so I couldn't even be). Of course, it was just that I would not buy a new module from them for x thousand. In other words, if you do not buy a car from them, you are not a regular customer, or you can afford to bring your (origo) part, then do not expect them to help you in similar cases. After calling another Ford service, I have already ordered and do not have a problem with this operation.
