Fantastic service! You wait a month to order a change of clothes, so that they will tell you that they have lost their stored bikes. After a week, the technician hears that a miracle happened and the wheels are found. Of course lie - they found wheels that are 3mm less. I clap while standing! If you do not want to solve similar problems, avoid Havex with a big arc. :)

Very poor experience with accepting the car for service. The receptionist immediately gave me a cold shower, whether I was told on the phone when I ordered to repair a broken door lock that I could wait a week for that ... it wasn't and I don't understand why it should. In the end, it took all day, again with a lecture, that it just isn't a repair for a few hours. Secondly, I ordered a first oil change / service inspection by phone. (according to the on-board computer) Nobody asked me how much the car has driven, etc., the date for service is reserved. After arriving, I received a lecture again, unfortunately, from the same receptionist, that the car still had a drive and that it was too early to change the oil, so that I would arrive in 5 thousand km. I got a business card so I can call and see you again ..?! So never again, I would definitely not recommend this service to anyone, a completely unprofessional and arrogant approach, you have a hard time with a file there.

If you already have a negative experience with this service center, at least keep the balls talking about the person in question, otherwise they will not be able to think about themselves and improve their work so that the client is satisfied and happy to return to you. The service works for me and I have always been satisfied, both at insurance events with Mrs. Slavíková and the service technician Ms. Balák.
