.. well, horror, terror, .... the saleswoman should probably retire, perhaps even the manager. I don't understand how running a brand like Alpine Pro can keep it busy. Unpleasant, even cheeky, if I wasn't there with the kids, I probably wouldn't keep up. In any case, this lady discourages the company's customers. Personally, I will never go there again, and we deal with clothing for a family of four for the winter.

When they catch a bird, they sing nicely to him, but woe to complaining about something. Complaints about the coat for 2500 with a membrane not recognized and the seller very unpleasant. Soaking even in light rain is allegedly not a defect of the coat, as it does not have a taped seam. According to the CTIA, a clear defect in the coat, as waterproofing can reasonably be expected from products with these parameters, which misleads the buyer. I definitely do not recommend this store

Alpine Pro in Mladá Boleslav is a well-trained and perfectly managed business with quality sportswear. Other Alpine Pro branches are not available. E.g. Branch in Prague at Chodov is very bad.

I can only recommend 200%. Willingness and helpfulness to the maximum, the person spends more than he wanted - a much larger choice than anywhere else. Already I do not go to Alpine 😉
