CS Autolada spol. s.r.o.

I am very sorry but my experience was not so good. I was looking for a spare part for my Lada Niva. I was at a former Lada specialist on the east side of Mlada Boleslav. He did not have the part, but called Autolada in Melnik. They say they check the computer and the part would be available. So, my only choice to have the part quickly was driving 70 km to the west. I arrived in Melnik in the warehouse. Some older ladies were working on the computers, doing something with parts. They had a look again in the system and guess what: a location to search. They come back with the wrong part. And the part I came for, was not available. I only understand a few words of Czech, but the non verbal story told me enough. They really did not care. Pity.
