WELLNESS HOTEL Harmonie ***

We stayed at the Harmonie hotel for a few days, it was very cozy and modern. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfasts were nice too, but the best of all was Martina, the manager. She was really friendly, helped us with everything, the rooms did not have hair dryers (but they might get them later, because we were only the second guests after the opening and new things just kept appearing in our rooms and the hotel the whole time we were there) and she brought one from her home. Amazing!

The hotel is in a good location close to the center. Parking by the hotel. Good food. There is nothing to waste. I will be happy to return here when possible.

According to previous reviews and especially by price, we expected something much better. We came to Třeboň for a cycling holiday. We paid extra for the EXCLUSIVE room with a balcony. The room is nice at first glance, but small. Cobwebs came out of all the corners in the room, as if it hadn't been cleaned here for a year, there was dirt in the corners on the floor in the bathroom, the toilet was also dirty, it was clean only from above. There was no ventilation / cooling in the room, fortunately we were here at a time when there were no heat. I can't (and don't even want) to imagine how she is in the room in the summer. There is a table fan available for rent at reception, but I don't know how many rooms at once. There is also a hairdryer in the room, and is available for rent at reception. Such a weaker choice for breakfast, but more is probably not needed for such a hotel. If you arrived for breakfast half an hour after opening, then most of the menu was dismantled, the staff usually replenished only after being notified that something was missing, sometimes it happened that they were not replenished because they did not. Roast beef and sausages were often already cold. In private wellness he writes that max. 8 people. But I have no idea where they would fit there. The sauna was nice, so for 2 (maybe 3) people. The water in the whirlpool was dirty, we preferred not to climb there. There are 2 uncomfortable chairs for relaxation. Plus I give for the location of the hotel, close to the city center, pleasant service in the restaurant, pleasant and helpful receptionist and for the bike shed. In the bike shed you will also find a pressure cleaner for bicycles, which we also used.

Hotel in a great location to the square. It's really a short walk to the center, yet in a quieter part. Quite a large parking lot with good access. The interiors of the hotel are tastefully decorated, pleasant colors. At first glance, everything very nice. On the other a little disappointed. Dirty fridge / minibar, untidy corners of the toilet by the brush, by the waste bin and similar details. After coming to the whirlpool, a dirty strip above the surface after previous users. However, this balances a very pleasant and helpful reception service and a great location of the hotel. Breakfast good and quite large selection, service pleasant, smiling. If room cleaning and wellness were better managed, the hotel would be top! Despite minor shortcomings, we will be happy to return, the hotel has a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere.

Nice accommodation, pleasant temporary workers as receptionists. The breakfasts in the side restaurant were rich, plenty of everything. Beds soft, furnished new and tastefully furnished. Parking included in the price, about 6 minutes walk to the center. We tried a private wellness, where something went wrong and we got to the "public" part, where we looked out through the transparent window, another funny situation was that we got 3 towels and 1 sheet for 3 people .. They say they don't have enough because they get lost at the company that washes them .. we really laughed .. Nice receptionist apologized to us and arranged a compromise. Very nice for us and when a complication occurred, it was resolved..so we recommend .. 😉
