A possible solution to the "apparent" problem is very effective, even if the communication is not 100% but definitely not bound. I'm calling about whether you can pay by card at the store. When they don't list it on the site. I was just asking! I was arrogantly told why I was calling? Why don't I ask if we don't have some kind of goods? I ask and just answer! And the final sentence was the best. You know what, don't buy anything from us and don't even come here! It can be seen that he works there with reluctance and still has to pick up the phone. Someone apparently has a fixed salary and has no effort to sell! Nowadays and such an approach? One star is a lot.
