ATTENTION! ATTENTION. Kooperativa enjoys the trick of taking over clients. The current payment of compulsory liability is CZK 3,823. First came a letter to pay POV for the next period with the amount of 4400 CZK. After a short phone price, CZK 3,819. I paid and for sure I am the phone of the insurance company who takes care of my insurance. I learned that since the signing of the new contract, the reward for customer care has been received by the lady from Kooperativa and not by my policyholder, who takes good care of me and informs about the news. I will cancel all insurance for them. They don't deserve my money if they act this way.
