I do not evaluate the municipal authority, but the city itself. So far, negative experiences remain. Although the city is interesting, it has a nice church and the city takes good care of the synagogue and the historic center. On the other hand, I still encounter poor service bad behavior of staff, bad and expensive food in restaurants, parking at the shopping cart both from the Second World War, etc. I definitely have less and less desire to return to Cologne.

Beautiful neo-Renaissance town hall. There is a city office inside, so you can usually see it only from the outside. It has a beautiful ceremonial hall.
